The Chemdry guys (Ryan and Carlos) who cleaned my carpet were great, so nice and patient with me (I was running a few minutes late). They did an amazing job on my carpet and got out stains I never thought would come up, they also explained the whole process to me. I highly recommend the company.

Ryan was professional, courteous and friendly and did great work cleaning my sofa and ottoman. Thanks also to Karen, who promptly communicated important information about service details and scheduling.

Carlos from ChemDry was courteous and professional. It took a second treatment for our sofa that we thought we had to replace due to a bad pet urine smell but we were able to get booked in very quickly and it is smell free.
My only advice to corporate is provide a real point of sale for taking credit card info instead of putting all of my info plus the cvv into the note for my appointment.
