First - I rarely write reviews - only if they are REALLY warranted. I have to say this company and their sales rep (OWEN) impressed me enough that I switched my long-term 20 year+ HVAC Service and Sales rep to this company based on his exceptional client service. Called numerous HVAC companies for quotes. This company showed up fast! Owen was very knowledgeable about their extensive range of products (I was looking at Furnace and Heat pump combos). Those questions and information he didn't readily have he made sure I received it by end of the day. Very accessible for follow-up. Called on Thursday and had a new gas water tank installed Friday. Very professional and friendly installers. Also used Advanced HVAC for a new furnace and heat pump in Jan 2023. Great Ottawa company.
