I got a massage from the new RMT Emily Carlucci today. She is amazing! I've had a lot of different massages and she was able to get in and work through different trigger points for me. I had a lot of tension in my hips and she was able to leave me feeling so relaxed and rejuvenated after our session. I highly recommend her and Move for massages! Definitely will be coming back again to see Emily :)
I have been coming to Move Activity and Motion for years - and they have amazing massage therapists! Whether it’s for relaxation or you need more therapeutic treatments they are wonderful ! I see Joanna and she is the BEST, her hands on work and treatments are wonderful and everyone I’ve recommended her to have loved her ! She knows the fundamentals of the body and how everything is connected and what she needs to work on to make your experience relaxing but beneficial! Highly recommend her and Move Activity and Motion - and everyone is very friendly, professional and accommodating and involved in the community in giving back which I love ! Lisa Wadsworth
I booked for a 60 minute massage with Carmen. My muscles definitely feel better. This sore momma should have booked sooner lol. The room was calming and clean. The business was very nice, clean and bright. I will definitely be booking with her again.
