Barb has created a welcoming community at Glen Fitness Studio. The first time I walked through the door for training Barb said "The hardest part about coming to the gym is walking in the front door." I couldn't agree more, I spent years dreading it.
It's been 6 months of consistency at The Glen Fitness Studio for 6 months. I am noticing improvements in my strength, mobility, stamina and flexibility. I am thankful for Barb's coaching and a safe space to exercise.

The Glen Fitness Studio is a welcoming environment. They are accepting and accommodating. I spent years dreading the gym. It was such a relief to be welcomed by the Glen fitness team. A weight was lifted, in more ways than one.The first thing Barb said to me was "The hardest part about the gym is stepping through the door." How right she was. A few months later, I am noticing changes. Huge improvements in my stamina, strength and mobility.

I have been training with Jacob and he is a fantastic trainer. very down to earth and super knowledgeable about the whole working out process and the muscles used throughout the body for different types of motion. overall thoroughly enjoy training with him and would highly recommend him to anyone who is looking at getting a personal trainer.
