I have been a client of generations since September 2022 and have nothing but amazing things to say about this clinic. I have seen them for physio, massage and as of today, acupuncture. Jess was so thorough with her assessment and I felt extremely comfortable and safe in her environment. All of their staff go above and beyond. Genuinely love this establishment and all the people in it, the level of professionalism is unmatched. ❤️
I have to say, this was accidently picked physio clinic, but it was like destiny, people there are nice, always willing to help, my physio ''doctor'' is excellent, She always updates with me, she is very thorough and positive and understanding. I have also a man who is trainee I think, and he is as well nice and understanding, he does my ultrasound therapy. I cannot complain about even a one thing, or anyone there, they all listen, to me, reminding me of my appointments, updating me with treatment plan and other stuff, they are all caring and loving people, even when I feel low because of my injury or recovery, they always make me feel better. Generations is an amazing place to go for your injury recovery or preventative maintenance! When you go here you are always treated with kindness and compassion. Staff are always smiling and willing to help with anything. Communication is amazing! Love that they did and continue to do what needs to be done to keep both staff and clients safe.
