“AC quit late into the evening on a very hot stretch. Called their 24hr line and someone answered! Walked me through some basic things to check which I really appreciated. Next day appointment for the afternoon :-( to come take a look. Lucked out and tech came hours earlier :-). Long story short, he checked everything and opened up the AC to find an issue with a contact. Little maintenance went a long way to getting us back up and running. With the age of my unit they easily could of steered me to a full replacement unit. But they didn't, just a little knowledge and realistic expectations and we were off. Can't thank this company enough for the customer service, knowledge and experienced technician. Instead of thousands, it only cost us a very reasonable service call fee which we were very happy to pay. We won't call anyone else for HVAC issues moving forward. Thank you!!!“

“Our central air just stopped and we only noticed a couple hours after when the outside temp was 33 degrees. It was 8pm when we called Campeau Heating and the technician returned the call within 5 minutes and was here within 20 minutes! The thermostat needed replacement. He checked a few other things but cool air was flooding the house within one hour. We were very impressed!“
