Anna Nails Spa

I have been going to Anna's Nail salon for a few months now and the quality of work and service has been seriously declining. many rushed appointments, care not taken to prevent injuries. Then on the 5th of August, my daughter paid for her and I to get a full set, she paid over $150 for all the work. 3 days later her nails began to fall off. all of them were gone before the end of the week. One of mine broke off so bad it took some of my real nail from my nail bed. When My daughter went to show Anna what had happened and ask for a refund. My daughter was told she was lying and was accused of having them removed at another salon. Also as my daughter was waiting to be picked up Anna continued to speak badly about her to the patrons in the shop. Due to this rude and unprofessional behaviour neither my daughters or myself will be returning to this shop again. I will also be encouraging my friends and relatives to take their business elsewhere.
