I had a fractured and dislocated shoulder.i am care giver for my husband ...so this was a disastrous injury in this situation. Mark not only guided me through to recovery but he taught me best practices to continue improving my shoulders function. His attention to all details of my injury helped me overcome issues with older past injuries to my arm as well..I highly recommend Mark and his clinic .Everyone was very kind and professional. Thanks to Hilary at Grand River Physio, I’m running again, and I’m so grateful. I’m in my 50s with knee arthritis, and my sports doc told me that my running days were over. Nope! Thanks to stretches and other treatments over the course of a few months, I am back to running 5Ks (often more) several times a week. Hilary is a highly skilled and knowledgeable practitioner. She taught me how to stretch, avoid aggravating my arthritis, and run without pain. So appreciative!

Would like to thank Grand River Physio for treating my shoulder tendinitis. I was lucky enough to have Alana Streicher tend to my woes. She was excellent from start to finish providing a variety of treatments as well as a progressive exercise program that I follow to this day. The quality of care and treatment at GRP is top shelf stuff! Thanks again Alana and Grand River Physio.
