I could not have been more pleased with the kindness, service, and beautiful spring floral arrangement that I ordered by phone , "sight unseen" , from another city in Ontario. The purpose of the order was to lift the spirits of a family member who needed some encouragement. I felt Theresa's understanding and compassion in what I wanted this delivery to achieve , and it DID. That in itself lifted MY spirits. The floral selection was absolutely stunning . I look forward to the next opportunity I will have to be in touch with Grand Floral again.

Theresa was absolutely amazing to work with! I sent her inspiration photos for my wedding and let her work her magic! Originally i had thought to wear my hair down and she had made little hanging flowers off of my hair piece, but due to the rain on my wedding day we decided to wear it up but the hair piece worked perfectly! I had so many compliments on it! All the flowers were completed in very quick time! Communication and price point were perfect. Highly recommend Theresa’s Flower Design.
