Receptionist was rude to my mother and overall seemed like a rude person which I didn’t appreciate at all as she was just worried about me, being her son. The receptionist was giving so much attitude towards her, 1 star for her. Doctor was very very nice though and helped a lot.
I had a great experience. I called at 830am, the receptionist picked up right away, and booked me an appointment for about an hour later. No other patients in the waiting room. I got seen right away. The doctor was very nice. I would definitely recommend this for someone who gets sick after hours.
Reception lady was very rude and hardly had time to talk. I wonder whether it is the same who is always there but if so, either she is having a bad day today, or I got lucky the other day.The doctor I saw, however, was very patient and knowledgeable.
