EXCELLENT!!!! Innovative flooring did a beautiful job on our cottage. We needed to install carpeting quickly throughout our whole main floor as we had decided to list. They were highly responsive, quoted the job quickly and were able to order and install the carpeting in 3-4 weeks. Their customer service was excellent and so very helpful.Carpet choices were extensive, pricing was very reasonable and installation quality excellent.Thank you for doing such a beautiful job, our cottage was transformed !!!

Exceptional service from Beginning to end! From being welcomed into the store with smiling faces and someone always eager to help, to Scheduling our services, right down to paying our bill, innovative exceeded our expectations and truly made the entire experience as painless as possible. We purchased flooring and tile for our new build. When our flooring was not able to arrive on time, innovative worked quickly to resolve the issue and offered us a better product to make up for it.
