I have used this company over the years. The past few years they have become very lazy and very inconsiderate when it comes to their loyal customers. Nelson who is one of the managers in the office is very unprofessional and rude. Doesn't follow through. Forgets about appointments. I have never seen such unprofessional behaviour. I would avoid this company at all costs. I can not believe the audacity of this guy. He books me in for an appointment and then doesn't show up. Good luck keeping your customers when you treat them like garbage. Good riddens. I have told everyone I know about my experience. And from what I see I am not the only one who has had to deal with this nightmare of a company.
