Excellent service from Rob in treating my calf injury. Great communication of plan, treatment and exercises were great and manageable resulting in a quick recovery. Would highly recommend Rob. The front desk staff are also very friendly and helpful. Five stars.
Jason and the team at Trilogy are amazing, highly recommend! I’ve gone for a number of issues that have come up from running and weight lifting. They clearly explain what is happening to cause the problem, which is always interesting to learn about the body’s mechanics, but also helpful for me to improve my form so that I can perform my best without pain.
I had a recurring injury to my forearm tendon that was months old, not healing and was preventing me from enjoying my favourite hobbies and activities. I found Trilogy and decided to come in for assessment, and was paired up with Jason Gallant.
For the next while, I saw him once per week. My experience was so incredible that I had to share this review. Right from the first session, I could tell he was attentive, knew the right questions to ask, and really involved me in the healing process.
