I have to say I been going here now for over 2 years. This is one of the best service I have every seen. It’s a small business and she does so well to accommodate all of her clients. She is so polite and such an understanding person when things come up. I will always come back to her !100% will recommend this place especially if it is your first time waxing ! My first time at Toronto Wax and will definitely be returning. Ilze is excellent and very professional. I booked online and forgot to book a service after I received my confirmation. Ilze was understanding and was able to accommodate my extra service the day of. She reconfirmed hygiene practices, no double dipping, sanitizing, etc. An Etobicoke gem!
