Extremely bad customer service, I came to ask for a usb-c charger, and was told to hurry up if I don't know what I want. I said I am looking and an older gentleman told me to hurry up because he needs to finish eating his food. Extremely disrespectful and a waste of time. Find another place in the mall like I did. They clearly don't need the business so dont give it to them.

I had a huge problem my Acer gaming laptop had short circuit. I took it first to a tech shop on Eglington Av W to fix. They had it for 3 weeks with no solution . I brought my Laptop at Ad he fixed in front of me within the hour! The price was very reasonable.

Not really recommend here for repairing service. I got a game laptop with OS problem. They said it needs a new os for $50. Then after I agreed, they installed the new os and asked another 30 for activation ! It’s a trap! They could said they charged 80 in total. I felt scammed.Then after I paid the money, I found my laptop became super slow. They were then extremely impatient, said Windows will continue to update and rushed me out. The truth is I need to install some drivers from my manufacturer website. Windows had finished its tasks.Now the laptop is running, gaming functions are okay but the hard disks are still slow.
