Firstly, I just want to say how incredibly grateful I am to this clinic and the entire team for everything they’ve done for my cat, Yoshi.

A few days ago, I brought him in for an urgent visit after he had undergone major surgery elsewhere. Despite their busy schedule, they immediately made time to see him, assess his condition, prescribe medication, and most importantly, help calm a very worried pet parent. The past few days have been filled with stress, uncertainty, tears, and a lot of sleepless nights, but every member of the team treated both Yoshi and me with kindness, compassion, and genuine care.
