Technician arrived when promised and worked quickly to diagnose the problem with my dryer and built-in microwave. Considering the age of the dryer and cost to repair, will buy a new one. Microwave repair cost was reasonable considering age and cost to replace. Tech returned when promised to repair it and it's working well. Courteous, knowledgeable service at good price.
