Fast and responsive service. Imran was punctual, professional, very knowledgeable and really made me feel like this was a solvable problem. He took his time examining the house and knew exactly what to look for and where to look. He answered all my questions and provided clear direction and advice. Overall an excellent experience, I would definitely recommend.
Its very hard to find a genuine person who enjoys their job and is happy to provide the services with a smile. Imran came and did a service and was very professional. His arrival was actually early which we were highly grateful for. His knowledge along with his willingness to go step by step with us was an experience that cannot be taught it has to be genuine.
He smiled and kept us laughing as we were very highly stressed dealing with Rats and Mice after a tenant moved out.
I wish I could give 10 stars for Imran because he went over and beyond to communicate to our landlord and the office to ensure we got the best service needed.

They sent Kahn again and I could not be happier, I knew when they sent him that my problem would be solved, Friendly knowledgeable technician I have used this company three times and each time has turned a very bad and stressful experience into a good experience, each time the problem was taken care of quickly and efficiently , on time, great customer service with Melissa top notch company, Kahn gets five stars, I only have 2 problems ,1 even tough it says its a 6 month warranty on the website , I had to pay extra to have that 6 month warranty included (not cool) you either have 6 month warranty or you don't ? 2 is your prices have gone up way more than I would... read full review
