NO HAND HYGIENE AND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
Came here today for aneyebrow and upper lip wax. The lady that was doing this did not wash her hands or use sanitizer before doing the procedure. When I paid, she did not want to give me my change. I suppose she automatically expected that I would leave her a 15% tip.

I have been to this place in the past and had somewhat of a good experience but recently things have gotten worse. The place appears unclean, they don't practice proper hand hygiene, unhygienic tools (they don't clean their tool), the prices are too high now.

Worse place I ever been to. I was upstairs at the tanning salon, so I decided to give them a chance since I was already there.
They ruined my browns took a whole piece and never told me about it. Until I got home when I notice. Worse pedicure, took them 15min only to cut my nails so short and filed them. I can’t believe they are still in business ?
