The staff at Park9yyz is incredibly welcoming and warm towards my dog, making her feel right at home. They are also attentive to any concerns or worries I may have. I particularly appreciate that my dog can enjoy daily pool and outdoor time. Additionally, their communication while I was away was excellent.
This is my go-to for boarding my pup for long or short stays. My dog isn't kennel trained so their accommodations are perfect for her. The webcams are also a real treat to check in on her at night.Staff are conscientious, professional and communicative.
We love leaving our two dogs at Park 9 when we travel! The webcams are so great for checking in on them, and the staff are very attentive to our dogs' individual needs. One of our dogs is older, and the staff ensure he rests when he needs to and keep me updated on how he's feeling. It's great peace of mind when we're travelling!
