I've been going to Oti's for years. Even after moving to St Catharines, I continue to get a hair cut at their barber shop as often as I can. Oti and Toni cut my sons hairs too and they treat my special needs son like royalty. Words cannot explain how much their patience and professionalism mean to me and especially my special needs son. I will eternally be grateful for their service. Btw, they always cut our hair better than we expect. Thank you brothers for being such amazing barbers and even more amazing human beings.
