Downing Street Property Management currently uses Northeast Roofing on many of our properties in our portfolio. They are well priced, very reliable and do great work. Frank is a pleasure to work with and extremely knowledgeable.
Every interaction with the people and roofers at Northeast Roofing was very positive, professional and polite! Their work was done on time with attention to detailed, quality work. We had some shingles blown off the roof so called around and decided to use Northeast Roofing to do the repair, they were very courteous and professional from the time we contacted them to the end of the job. The price wasn't the lowest but not the highest either but the work was great and definitely could not notice there was even a repair done. We moved into the house 2 years ago and did not realize there was previous work done but that work was really bad, the roof is light brown roof and whoever the company was used about 6 or 7 Blueish tiles that look horrible and unprofessional as seen in the photos.
