I visited today for a manicure and provided a reference photo for the nail tech to follow. Unfortunately, the flowers on my nails look nothing like the picture— they’re incomplete, deformed, and far from what I expected. I didn’t notice how off they were until I got home.
Additionally, I had to specifically ask the nail tech to address my cuticles, as she was about to apply the acrylics without prepping them first. My pedicure actually hurt more than the dentist and my toes looked like I did them. It is also uncomfortable to have people speaking a foreign language to their neighbor the entire time.

This is generally my go to nail salon. This time around I'm quite dissatisfied with the end result. I requested almond shaped, however it looks quite oblong. The edges look messy and unevenly painted, the shape looks unaligned, shoddy and unevenly buffed/filed. I would say this looks more rounded oval than almond. I left the salon with nicks on my fingers and the back of the nails not attended to at all, nail glue stuck to my tips and fingers not only behind the nail but also on my fingers itself which was a struggle to remove.Unsure if it was because it was at the end of the day and all staff were engaged.I'm very non confrontational, but it's upsetting... read full review
