CAN'T LEAVE A "NOT RECOMMENDED, BUT HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED!!!!" Big thumbs down to Laser Clinics Canada!! I tried to cancel an appointment that was scheduled for Feb 16th at 11:05am knowing there was a winter blizzard forcast for the weekend. I began calling at 10am on Feb 14th and tried every 5 minutes for at least 2 hrs and the phone was either busy or nobody answered. My husband tried rescheduling online but it said to call. We could not get through all day. When we called on the 15th and spoke to someone, they of course told us it was now too late to cancel or reschedule. We explained that we tried to call before the 48 hrs as indicated in your terms & conditions, and was told YOU WERE SHORT STAFFED on the 14th so the phones were not answered all day. How is that our fault? She told us my appointment would be forfeit because it was now less than 48 hours and she promply hung up!! We did infact get a blizzard today with a travel advisory in effect. It's a whiteout. This is why I called two days ago!! There's no reason why I should be losing the cost of one appointment because the staff didn't answer the phone on the 14th. I was supposed to get a callback from a manager from that location and that also did not happen. I will not be doing further business with your company. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
