I had a great experience at this auto service center. The front desk person was incredibly nice and understanding, taking the time to explain everything clearly. Adam, the mechanic, did an excellent job. He was quick, efficient, and ensured my car was in perfect condition. I highly recommend their services!
My Audi Queensway dealership recommended I do a part change at my last oil change visit (which coincided with the end of my 5 year extended maintenance service package). I decided to get a 2nd opinion at Kingsway Auto (had been referred by several people as being an honest and quality repair business). They did a thorough inspection and showed me what the issue was, compared it with a part that was good (so I had a better understanding) and recommended that this wasn't something that was critical or time sensitive for replacement... and probably had a good 5 years of driving ahead of me. I was tired with auto repair, and I came first time there some month back found people are nice and service is good as well.. It far from me but i love to continue my car service there
