“This cleaning company is truly a rare gem and I would 10/10 recommend engaging their services - highly professional and reliable, effective deep cleaning services as advertised and top notch customer service. Importantly, their prices are competitive/reasonable (I did some market price comparison), especially the packages, which are by the way, transferable/not tied to a specific address (the most appealing feature for me as I was looking for both mom's and my house). Was in touch with Mr Yap, and he was always very responsive, helpful in answering my many, many questions, and extremely efficient. Found them one night on FB, and immediately got a reply despite it being outside of business hours. Invoice and receipt were promptly sent after payment, appointments quickly confirmed. A day prior, Mr Yap sent a reminder without my asking, and he also updated me on his ETA on the day of. Overall friendly and painless (and in fact, pleasant) interaction/transaction. Results-wise, they succesfully removed some yellow cat urine stains from two mattresses, and importantly, got rid of the horrid smell ?! My sofa & carpet also enjoyed some TLC and look noticeably cleaner, colour nearly restored to their original cream/earth tones! In this day and age where online scams are rife (surely everyone now is aware of the cleaning app scam), I am truly grateful to have found a trustworthy, reliable business. “So i bought one of those groupons deal of the day things with this company and there was such a long wait. My last experience with another coupon for cleaning was also a long wait because they sell so many. So i waited a month for a booking and finally the day arrived for the cleaners to show up. 2 out 3 they showed up on time. They arrived on time, most of the time which was good because i was reading in the previous reviews that people had a hard time getting hold of the cleaners. From my experience of other cleaning company you just have to be more specific with what you want so i always give them a list so they do not forget anything. The cleaners were ok but when i decided to buy at the regular price, you get the better cleaners from Noir etoile. The ones doing the groupons must be people the owner just hired recently. Oh and if you do buy a voucher, ask for Carmen, she was the best!“
