This was 3rd Hakim I went to and Roger and Nawang made such a huge difference. They create such a comfortable and pleasant atmosphere. They were both incredibly helpful, patient and just overall awesome. I was also present and privvy when a very unreasonable customer came in and was being hostile w Roger after he was unable to find something in the system which she thinks was purchased from there. Roger was incredibly patient and curteous when anyone else would have lost it with this unnerving customer. Hoping these two are recognized and appreciated for the wonderful service they provide !
I purchased glasses from here about a month ago. We had our two toddler-aged children with us, which was challenging. The entire staff made us feel welcome and appreciated the entire way through. The transaction was complicated (with our benefit coverage), but they never lost patience and remained calm and friendly throughout. One of the employees even took our children on a little tour, showing them pictures and distracting them to help out. There is a huge collection of frames in addition to the quality service you will receive. I can't say enough great things about this place.
