We needed a survey for some upcoming work and a neighbour recommended Scott at Genesis. I liked Scott immediately and found our initial conversation really pleasant and helpful. We easily agreed what was needed and then the whole thing was done ~3 weeks later. His colleague Maaz even walked us through the report line-by-line. The whole experience was smooth, the team were lovely and so easy to work with, and the cost was reasonable. Highly recommended.

The team at Genesis did a survey on my house and provided me with drawings. They were a pleasure to work with each step of the way. Amar and his office staff answered all my questions and the surveyor, the day he came out was professional and diligent. He stayed for a long time. The drawing I received was so full of detail. It looks like a piece of art. It was done with so much care I am very pleased with the excellent final product. Thank to everyone at Genesis. I highly recommend them.

I would highly recommend this company. Quotation same day no wait time for quote. Price very reasonable and gets the job done in couple weeks. Tried calling many companies. Pricey and their wait time is outrageous, especially if you have a dispute with a neighbour.
