Dealing with Gem Windows and Doors (The Queensway) was a great experience: The showroom and expert product knowledge provided by Vito was outstanding. Our purchase of a huge sliding door went well and follow-up assistance was provided by Vito and Jim in a timely and helpful manner. Highly recommended.

As soon as we decided that we wanted to use GEM to supply and install interior glass doors into our Principal Suite hallway , the general manager came to the site to measure for a quote. Next a check-measure and doors were ordered. Ready for installation about 2 weeks earlier than quoted. The installers were terrific! Great job. The doors are beautiful and wonderful quality ( black metal frame / handles and grids ). We would recommend them without hesitation.

We had Gem install all new windows and a new front door in October. Overall, our experience was good. Our sales rep, Yang, was helpful and, even when we had an unusual request to make on of our windows larger than the current opening, they were able to accommodate. Installation was completed within a day and was done professionally. We're very happy with our new windows and door.A couple of hiccups happened through the process, though.1. Communication with the measuring and installing team was difficult. It was hard to get ahold of them, and when they did contact us (at odd hours), they would ask to show up with 12 hours notice.
