Suhel was an amazing coach/ teacher he really did help me always made sure I can do things but in a way that won’t hurt even more, even helped with other problems I had in my classes while still helping the main situation and gave me great exercises that help me very much, my experience with him and the company has always been amazing and very helpful. Suhel was amazing in its self and I look forward to working with him again and learning more ways of help.

I’ve been working with Gill on my lower back issues for a little over a month and I’ve seen such an improvement. I’ve been to many other specialists and Gill was able to help provide relief from our first session. She is always so good about explaining what she does and making sure I understand what’s happening throughout. I always feel comfortable and heard with Gill and I’m so glad I made an appointment!

Suhel has been incredibly helpful in my recovery (both physically and in my confidence to return to normal movement) from a fractured ankle. Great support team and easy to access for those in the South Etobicoke/Kingsway area.
