Went in with pictures of cut and colour. Silver under colour and face frame in dark brown hair. Did colour on some coloured and some virgin hair. Did two step process and re worked again to even out the colour. Took 5 hours. Took this long because Susan continuously checked and touched up the hair. I have never seen a stylist/colourist so meticulous. Checked her Facebook page and saw beautiful platinum blonde cut and colour. To me, that shows the skill level of the colourist. Susan was friendly, professional, communicated well throughout the whole process. She truly delivered an award-winning cut and colour. She does mens and ladies hair. If you are looking for a barber (well-known in the Rexdale area), you will find Frank who was previously at Kipling Heights Plaza. He has cut 4 generations of hair in our family, and still enjoys working. I highly recommend this place. Finally a salon that listens and delivers what you ask for.
