Very poor service. If you want your clothes altered take it to another place. They don’t know how to do a basic service such as hemming. My pants had a +1in difference between the legs, the thread was different from the original and it was not straight. They refused to pay me for the damage and offered to sew back the piece which was cut to make the leg which was shorter the right size… A terrible experience.

They dried cleaned my jacket and i picked up and they are the worst people to deal with my jacket been there for 2 weeks second cleaning still same and they want to charge me over and over... when i was told that they would doit for free they are bad and i dont recommend this dry cleaning to anyone.. stay away.

Went to the Oakville location and my black Burberry coat came back all faded like it was pressed in high heat. The metal snaps left imprints through the fabric and the seams by the zipper and on the sleeves also left imprints. They don’t seem to care about losing customers as they did not offer to have it repaired like maybe picking up the cost of having it dyed back to black. WARNING TO ALL: If you don’t want to risk having your clothes damaged, DO NOT HAVE IT DRY CLEANED HERE!!!
