Feb 1, 2024 - I called today to get more information about an arthritis program that is available at Complete Balance. The person I spoke to, Jaydee, was very helpful. They answered all of my questions, provided complete information about the program and personnel and have me down for a follow-up call regarding the program start date. Jaydee was friendly, polite, informative, and took the time to provide accurate information. Excellent customer service and a great first impression.

Best experience I have ever recieved in a health clinic and it isn’t even close. Every member of the staff top to bottom are true professionals and masters of their craft. Unbelievable.

Both my husband and I have Physiotherapy biweekly. Our Physiotherapist’s name is Satish and he is excellent. He is very knowledgeable & kind. I had a horrific car accident in December 2022, almost Almost losing my left hand. It was literally hanging off my wrist. After two surgeries and an excellent orthopaedic surgeon, I am fortunate to have my hand.It was Satish, the Physiotherapist, who brought back the use of my hand and wrist. Thank you, Satish. You are the best!Any communication that I have had with the offices of Complete Balance Health have been very positive. Thank you, Jaydee for your assistance.
