We noticed a problem in the downspout where the rain was gushing out at the top. The call was placed to Mike on Monday and Justin came on Wednesday to check it out and fix it. You couldn't get any company to come more quickly. We are very pleased with Better Contracting's warranty work.

I have a Certainteed Sure Start 5 Star Warranty with my Certainteed roof shingles that were installed in 2013. The warranty is for 50 years. Unfortunately in 2024 one area of the roof developed intermittent leaks caused primarily by poor application of the shingles by the installer. Certainteed called on Better Contracting to make some repairs. After further investigation it was recommended that the section of roof where the leak was located be re-shingled under warranty after the winter. The same type of shingle was not available anymore so Better Contracting recommended to Certainteed that the whole roof be re-shingled. Certainteed honoured that recommendation... read full review
