Our service experience with Ken Chang was outstanding. Within minutes after my initial online enquiry, Ken called me. I explained what I was looking for and Ken emailed me pictures of what the door could look like on my house. We worked at my pace and he was always available. As we developed the design of the door, he even arranged for colour samples to be sent to my home, minimizing my travel to the showroom.
