Right from the start they notified me by email with a customer care pkg explaining who would be coming out of 3 different specialists. Then I received a call saying which day and time and I was able to track his arrival on an app They were professional and respectful. All went well and I am now awaiting the call to start more repairs as soon as the Insurance company approves the rest of the work. I have already recommended Paul Davies to members of my family.

When we had water in our basement, Paul Davis Windsor & Essex County came out promptly to evaluate and estimate, followed by efficiently saving our furniture & belongings and drying everything out!
