Earlier this morning I had a flat on the side of a very busy road and managed to get CAA to tow me to Embrun Auto Tech. I called their location from the side of the road and it was approximately 5 mins before they opened for business and they answered and told me to get there and they would help me quickly.
I am fully impressed with the service provided; how quickly it was provided; how friendly the staff was and how affordable a minor flat repair was!
I was kept informed as soon as they got it in the bay and as soon as they knew the issue and we were out of there as quickly as I could expect.
I highly recommend this business.
I trust the service they provide completely. I am especially grateful that they don’t try to overcharge. Several times, I have gone in thinking I would have an expensive repair, but their price was much more reasonable than expected (and even free for a quick fix). I recommend this garage to my family and friends whenever I can.
This place is an absolute gem! They were recommended to us a few years ago after our previous garage closed, and they’ve been very good to our family. My elderly father, who is a former mechanic and garage-owner himself, is also very pleased with their service.
I don’t write many reviews, but, recently, they went above and beyond to find a rare part for our Audi, saving us roughly $2000, asking for nothing in return. I think this deserves some recognition (with special thanks to Kevin). If you are looking for a trustworthy, down-to-earth, no-messing-around auto repair shop, I HIGHLY recommend the team at Embrun Auto Tech!
