Derek and the Team were FANTASTIC!! My AC began leaking water this weekend. When I called this morning, they provided support immediately. They answered my questions, reassured me and made every effort to get over to my place today (when their day was already booked pretty solid) to get things fixed quickly. Given the weather, this was much appreciated. No over selling. No overcomplicating things. I will always recommend and use Cushing.
Derek and his team were fantastic to deal with from the time I contacted them about my furnace issues, until the end of the install day. Derek took the time to explain the issues, and what options I had. Amber is top notch!! Very professional, knowledgeable and has Great customer service! Would definitely recommend Cushing Heating and Air Conditioning, and will have them back for any maintenance I require.
The staff at Cushing Heating and Cooling are honest and upfront with all the maintaince/installations that has been needed. The quality of work and timeliness has also been excellent. Highly recommended.
