John did a job for me last fall. It took longer than expected but there was alot of work involved because he had to erect a new wall and redoe the sump pump room and put in a o-ring along one side of the basement. After everything was done he came back to fix a spot that was still leaking when I called and told him about it.

Although the start was delayed by the volume of work the company had, once they began, work was completed as quickly as weather permitted. As compensation for delays, they went beyond the written contract and reattached the deck. John is always good at answering his phone and responding to text messages...even an emergency call after midnight was returned within 15 minutes which led to an unexpected sump pump issue being addressed the next day.
