I am writing this review on behalf of my parent’s who recently sold their house with Debbie Farrell of Oak Realty. My parents had been trying to sell their house on a lake near Spanish for five years, and had no luck with other Realters. They decided to relist with Debbie. Debbie came all the way to Spanish from Elliot Lake, to meet with my parents. Debbie convinced my parents to list higher than my mother felt comfortable with given no interest in the past.
