They explored various treatments using advanced clinic equipment, even staying well past closing time during the four-hour examination. The nurses and staff were exceptionally caring and supportive throughout. Additionally, the clinic has been consistently following up, asking about my cat’s condition and how he’s doing.

We had been through everything with them and I have to say, I travel far to see them every time. She has been thorough and assisted with our dog who has a very complicated health history. When we needed a referral to a specialist, she followed up multiple times to make sure it was done timely. We have now had to make the hardest decision a pet owner ever has to make. She helped us through the decision with kindness compassion and speaking of her experience and what she has seen. She truly is a wonderful vet who cares so much. We feel so fortunate to have found her in the last few years of our girls life, when we needed her most. Thank you Dr. Kato.“

“I can't recommend Dr. Koroknai, and all of the staff, highly enough. After being quoted an exorbitant amount for dental surgery for our cat at another vet, I began researching alternatives. The wonderful reviews at Bathurst Dupont lead me to take our cat there. The dental cleaning and surgery ended up being a fraction of the price of the other vet and the care we received was excellent. We decided to stay. Over the years we received superb care. Every test and treatment were carefully, patiently explain, no upselling or pressure, and reasonably priced. When our cat became chronically ill, we were able to have another two good years with him due to biweekly treatments. The staff there were always happy to see our cat and were very kind at every visit. Dr. Koroknai very obviously loves animals and is gentle and thoughtful in the way he engages with them. He truly cares about their quality of life. In the end, at the age of 19 when our cat finally passed, we were treated with much compassion and kindness. I recommend them whole-heartedly.“

“This Vet offers one of the most affordable vaccinations and health exams for pets in the GTA! An exam for cats or dogs only costs C$79 + tax. I have 5 cats and a dog so this is my favorite vet ever. Some other vets charge over $200 for vaccinations and exams??‍♀️

“Dr Hung had previously taken care of my partners previous dog and was a recommendation from her family. I can definitely see why when we brought our 10 year old Yorkie in for a checkup. Everyone in the clinic was super sweet and gave our dog Fifi so much attention and treats. She was so nice that she waived our check up for free and gave actual honest advice. Before Willowdale, we had taken Fifi to spadina animal hospital and only received advice where they wanted to push every single sales opportunity. For example, tests and various operations. From now on we will only go here even though it's a little further away from downtown core but at least it's a peace of mind.“
