I recently purchased a townhouse that was an assignment sale. The previous purchaser had carpet installed in the hallway and bedroom which I disliked. The Floor Shop gave me a very reasonable quote to have all the carpet removed and installed the same hardwood throughout the upstairs that was on the main level. The installers did an amazing job and were very polite and courteous. I was very impressed with this company and their staff. This company hires the right people and does a fantastic job!! We recently had our basement floors redone with luxury plank vinyl. The flooring material and workmanship was excellent. There were a few minor unforeseen additional work requirements to get the job done right. They honored their original quote and no additional charges were applied. We greatly appreciate their level of professionalism.
Just had a new hardwood floor installed in my condo by The Floor Shop (Wicksteed). They'd previously done a similar job for me in my former residence, 5 or 6 years ago. Both jobs were done pretty much to perfection. Top drawer experience from my first phone call thru the consult, and the actual installation, this time done by Wojtek and Marko. True pros - did the work extremely well and completed it ahead of schedule. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone in need of new flooring, and will hire them in the future without hesitation.
