“Looking back over the past few years H&S Massage have always had my back - relaxed and pain-free! The service had been consistently prompt, courteous and friendly. It's a nice touch that they always give you a hot towel too at the end of a treatment. I've had massages with Matt and he has consistently been therapeutic. I've always left with less or no pain. I'm very active and it's nice to have an RMT who is knowledgeable about my minor sprains and tightness. He knows exactly the amount of pressure to apply to treat the pain of the day.
