I got rear ended with some decent damage to the rear right corner of my Infiniti QX50. I just picked up my Infiniti from Paragon. Looked like I just drove it out of the showroom. What a wonderful experience from a bad situation. I am not quick to offer praise to any type of Service industry, frankly because there is so little to praise. But my experience with Paragon was exceptional. Staff were beyond courteous and friendly. I will use them again if I should have the unfortunate need to do so and I would recommend them to anyone. I have been a loyal customer and brought my cars and referred family to come here too.
Having a keen eye on quality of work, I must say the workmanship at Andrei’s shop is amazing. They colour match well firstly. Secondly never ever any orange peel or overspray and clear coat is always polished to a mirror finish. Finally fit and finish with gaps is always spot on.
After a front fender accident, Andrei works well with the insurance adjuster and we were clear about having OEM parts. He managed the processed well and promised the car within 5 days and delivered it in 4 days.... read full review
