I recently had a furnace installed by MegaCity Heating and AC, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The team was very knowledgeable and transparent about all the costs involved, which I greatly appreciated.
Mark, the technician who installed the furnace, was excellent. He was very professional and did a thorough job of cleaning up after the installation. The old furnace was removed as we discussed. Overall, dealing with MegaCity Heating and AC was a great experience, and I highly recommend their services.
Required annual service and some other issues addressed with my furnace. Mark and team were right on time, fast and professional and addressed all my concerns. Appreciated that he double checked that all issues were addressed and if I had any questions before he left as well.
We got flooded out on Tuesday and our furnace shorted out leaving us with no AC. We contacted Mega City and they sent a team led by Mark who was great. He worked around the reconstuction people and other contractors and went up and beyond the call of duty, not only replacing the furnace but cleaning out drains and pipes, neutralizing our old electronic air cleaner, checking the heating and giving us tips and advice on how to handle the AC during the reconstruction. And the AC is working better than before! We have used MegaCIty for years and Dave and his team are tops in our books. Two thumbs up! Thanks Mark, Dave and Megacity.
