We hired Luiz Telles on two different projects. The first project was to add an addition on top of a commercial building. It was completed on time and on budget. The second project was to build a custom home. Luiz and the team are great to work with! Very detail-oriented while also able to visualize the larger plan for the overall flow of the project. Easy to communicate and problem-solve together.

We provide framing of new homes, additions, renovations, restructuring existing structures, shoring, installation and supply of structural steel, decks and outdoor structures. We coordinate architectural and engineering drawings with our own 3D model created to identify possible design flaws and or missing information that could jeopardize the smooth execution of the project. We use our models to coordinate the production and installation of structural steel. By using BIM technology we are able to deliver a very precise product saving our clients time, materials and money.
