I just had Direct Repair fix the entire back gate of my Ford Edge after having been rear-ended. The other party was at fault so Dougei and team worked seamlessly with the insurance company and rental company to make the entire process easy. I was shocked how simple it was. I brought the car in on Monday and it was ready early in the day I was told. And it looked great! And to boot, they did a bang up job of washing the car inside and out so I felt amazing

Excellent body shop ! Highly recommend. Reliable and fast ! Work very professionally ! Give you estimate (very detailed) right away. Once they have a replacement part they book time for you to come. Finish work well ahead of schedule ! (2.5 days instead of 5 originally expected). Excellent work!
