Terrific customer service!I bought a black Riobel kitchen faucet over 2 years ago. A minor part of the finish had come off. So I called and they said they would replace this rather expensive faucet at no charge! Just had to return the old one. I was totally thrilled. Thanks to the staff Terry and others at Ceramic Tile World.
We had a great experience at Ceramic Tile World. Dina was amazing and super helpful. The have a huge selection and they were able to work with our tight timeline. Will definitely go back for future projects.
We had a great experience at this store. We bought tiles for our 4 bathrooms, laundry room, pantry, 2 fireplaces and all of our hardwood and vinyl. Prices are reasonable and their customer service is great. Dina was amazing and so friendly! She's very knowledgeable and she offered so many great suggestions to help with our selection. She's a gem! We also met the owner Steve and he was also great We've recommended this place to all our friends and we'll continue to do so.
