We had issues with our tankless water heater and took advantage of the visit to do the fall maintenance on our furnace as well. Alex came on time and he was wearing a mask. (Thanks for the consideration, Alex.) He was able to identify and correct the problems with the water heater and performed the maintenance on the furnace efficiently. Alex had listened attentively to my description of the problems with the water heater upon his arrival. When leaving he patiently explained what he had done and how the work should resolve the issues. He encouraged me to call back should I not be satisfied with the repairs. It's that time of the year: I changed my ecobee thermostat to
cooling. The thermostat did all it should do. But the outdoor unit wouldn't come on. I panicked. I expected to hear bad news, as my AC and furnace are quite aged.
A friend of mine told me they used AccuServ - so I called them.
Nakeem came the next day. Nakeem was able to identify the problem (that turned out to be not a total disaster) in very short time, and fix it right away. He also checked overall system health and suggested what my next steps could be to improve home comfort.
I am totally using this company for my future AC maintenance.
Habib our technician did a great job of fixing our hot water heater. He made the extra effort to check to see if he had a universal vapour sensor so that he could immediately replace it, rather than wait a couple of days for the part. All done in one visit. Thanks
