Our kitchen was completed by Payless kitchens, in June. We first had a design done of our new Kitchen, (Bob). This was well worth the price as the professional drawings illustrated what the final kitchen would look like. The timeline/completion of the project was followed and was completed on time. We could tell that James and Jessica who did the work, are very experienced, with all work done in a professional manner with attention to detail. All work was done by this team, from electrical to plumbing to everthing else, except for the floor tiles (which was done by an expert floor tiler (that was set up by Payless and coordinated by them). Any small deficiencies that were identified by us, were quickly taken care of. Katherine, communicated with us each step of the way, for payments, timeline, scheduling the countertop design etc. The final kitchen matched the initial drawings that were done. The fit and finish of the kitchen is top rate! We are extremely happy with the final product. Overall, we highly recommend Payless Kitchens!

We love our new kitchen. The team at Payless Kitchens did an amazing job customizing our kitchen. Thank you Bob for the design & suggestion of things we wouldn't have considered, Katherine for keeping everything running smoothly & co-ordinating events, James & Jesse for the hard work on the renovation & Jesse has an expertise in co-ordinating the colours from flooring, paint, tile, light fixtures and the quartz counters. The team is very detail orientated & the workmanship second to none. The work went smoothly & according to the plan set prior to the start. Thank you Bob, Katherine, James & Jesse. What a pleasure it was to work with such an honest, reliable, responsive, and knowledgeable team at Pay Less Kitchens. Bob, Katherine, James and Jess did a complete two-story renovation on our 30-year old home in Stouffville, including the design and install of a new custom kitchen, mud room, media unit, bathrooms (2) and even some custom window bench storage cabinetry in our kids' rooms. My husband and I are extremely picky when it comes to quality and workmanship, and my husband's background in Project Management means his expectations around timelines and budgets are extremely high. We did our research on several local contractors and made the decision to go with Pay Less. We are pleased to say that they exceeded our expectations. The value their team provides is unmatched--I promise you will have a hard time finding a team that can deliver the same high quality products, workmanship and customer service for the very fair cost of their work.
